Shaping legacies

The 2022 Commonwealth Games was a historic global event. Arup provided key infrastructure and stadium upgrades that would not only create the best experience for visitors to the Games, but also provide a longstanding legacy for the local area and its population.

Our ‘Shaping legacies’ campaign established a compelling narrative for their activity during the Games, that demonstrated their commitment to sustainable development across the world, framed by their work in Birmingham.

As part of our desire to bring the story to life in an engaging way, a suite of ten videos were also produced for use across the company’s digital channels over the duration of the Games.

Our work ensured Arup maintained a high-profile presence with consistent messaging and aesthetic, backed up by original, high-quality content created specifically for purpose.

We also designed and set up Arup’s private event space in the city centre, offering a place to entertain, socialise and promote their expertise just a stone’s throw from the heart of the action.
