Helping office space to stand out

Charter Court One and Two are prime office buildings located on a well-established business park, close to Wolverhampton city centre. We were brought in to raise their profile and attract new tenants through targeted marketing.

We gave each building its own brand, utilising a design style that kept a cohesive family look while giving each building its own colourway and personality. This helped establish a clear yet connected identity for Charter Court One and Two.

Separate brochures were designed for each building to highlight their unique features and appeal to prospective tenants. Our sleek, contemporary design lifted the buildings’ profiles and gave them a fresh and modern feel.

An email letting campaign was rolled out to reach potential tenants directly, showcasing the benefits of each building. The messages were tailored to resonate with the local business community and key decision makers.

Punchy promotional videos featuring drone footage was produced for each of the buildings, showcasing location, amenities and environment in an engaging and easily consumable manner. This dynamic content gave the buildings yet another edge, and helped prospects visualise the space.

Our joined-up approach of strong branding and design, strategic digital and dynamic video marketing successfully raised awareness of One and Two Charter Court. The campaign created strong interest and positioned the buildings as top choices in the local area and beyond.
