The Shires is a luxury retirement village, purpose built to help over-55s to live an active and independent life. As a new development without a defined profile or personality, it needed an engaging launch plan that would resonate with potential customers.
Creating a persuasive story
A family of campaign messages helped to establish a compelling, lifestyle-orientated narrative that places The Shires’ key USPs front and centre. These were visualised in a memorable way and paired with evocative imagery to create an aspirational and stylish visual identity.
This narrative then formed the cornerstone of the brand’s online presence, as part of a clean and contemporary website design where user experience and ease of navigation is paramount.
